Every guest, whether jumping or spectating, must sign a waiver before entering our parks. Electronic waivers are active for 1 year. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online to expedite your front desk check-in time! Just click on the “Waiver” tab.

Yes. We sell Ground Control grip socks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. You are welcome to reuse the grip socks on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. You cannot use grip socks from another park or supplier.

VIP passes are valid for 1 hour of open jump time Monday-Friday. It is not valid with any other offers, coupons, promotions, or specials. It is not valid on holidays, school breaks or special events. Grips socks are sold separately.

No. Only those who are using the attractions need to purchase a flight ticket. Spectators can go into the park free of charge. BUT even spectators need to fill out a waiver.

Ground Control welcomes jumpers of all ages! If a child is 2 or under, they MUST jump with an adult. Once the adult purchases a ticket, the 2 or under child jumps for FREE. The only thing they need to purchase is a pair of Ground Control grip socks.

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We have trained staff members supervising the park at all times and we maintain strict safety protocols. Additionally, we have a safety video constantly playing in the lobby of each park, along with signage with instructions and guidelines at each attraction to ensure a safe and fun experience.

Outside food and drinks are NOT permitted at Ground Control. However, we have a café onsite that offers a variety of delicious snacks, food and beverages for purchase. You can take a break from all the action and refuel at our café. We do have an outside food fee of $75 for those who still wish to bring their own food and drinks to the park.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we have a simple dress code policy in place. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire such as sports shorts or leggings. Loose jewelry, belts, and sharp objects should be avoided. We require our Ground Control grip socks when using the attractions. They are $3 a pair and can be brought back to the park and used again during future visits. We do not allow grip socks from other locations. We also do not allow spectators to walk around the park with high-heels as they rip the padded ground around the attractions.
